Hainanese Authentic Chicken Rice- I’ve had this when visiting my family in Malaysia and could TASTE it when I watched the video. I had to try the recipe (sub whole chicken for just thighs, sorry papa). Made it for my parents and Baba gave me an A+, the highest praise from an Asian parent.
