Camelia woes - leaves yellowing with white (fungal?) growths. I've three large camelias (2 metres tall each), the worst affected is not flowering at all. Lots of flower heads being produced by two but they are dropping quickly. 😔 What can I do please, other than prune back?

Chinese money plant turning in to tree! Lower stems and leaves have progressively been falling off (2 per week). It used to look like the second pic. It's near a window, I've reduced watering, but now I'm running out of ideas!
