How can I add flooring to the edge of a lot ? It seems possible since some lots in the Downtown area have it (see exemple below), but I can't remove / edit the flooring on the edges of said lot as it is still outside of the BB limits. Is there a cheat I'm missing out on, or is this just dev magic ?
