Teams Camera button on phone. Reorder the icons, remove camera from bottom right when in landscape/full screen mode. As easy, it is easy to accidentally turn camera on and it distracts others. The speaker is the most benign, followed by three dots. Mic is more annoying, but camera can be horrible.
