No need to flag someone's listing just because you don't agree with it. There will be just as many people who do agree with it and want to work at a place like that. I don't know if you know this or not, but a job posting can't hurt you.

I just thought it was silly they were putting what they wanted in caps and demanded a certain demographic instead of just listing it on the website like a normal person. Also the term anti woke sounds personal when they easily could’ve just wrote “looking for someone with conservative views” it just seems like that person was fed up with other people who aren’t in their demographic applying and just exploded with anger, like dude it’s not that serious calm down and write the job listing normally 😭😭😭
