I was in your same boat. I refused BC for years because of all the horrible things I heard about it. But my endo got to the point where I was at the ER for softball sized endometriomas and disabling pain. I was worried at first as it takes a couple months for your body to adjust ( hormones, weird bleeding patterns) but since starting Northindrone, I have been in the least pain I've felt I. The past 7 years. No BC is the same so be prepared to switch if this one doesn't work but definitely give it time to adjust in your body.
