I'm having the same issue on 7mg.... only lost 2lbs over the last 2 months. Just saw my Dr today and he highly recommended more caloricly dense foods. Was able to get down almost 1700 calories today but it was hard and I feel soo full. I'm going to aim for at least 1600 daily for a week and see how that goes.
