What happened to the move reminder

Okay I just reached Blackthorn in my Storm Silver Nuzlocke and I was looking forward to using the move reminder, namely to teach my new Piloswine ancient power to get Mamoswine and find somewhere to farm heart scales for certain moves for others, however the reminder isn't here, am I missing something?
