On February 20, 2008, unemployed mechanic Schoormann strangled his long-time friend, 27 year old nurse Bianca S., to death, then chopped her head off with a machete, took several disturbing photos of the body & head & set her headless body on fire.
Just turned 16, wondering if I should lean bulk or dirty bulk. Currently weighing 75kg/165 pounds at 187 cm/ 6’1. I want to be somewhere around 85 kg next summer but I’m not sure if I should dirty bulk and then go on a big cut or just cut a little after a lean bulk.
I haven’t been able to update my computer since around June. Every time it gets stuck 93% and goes very slow until 100 and then it says It couldn’t download it. I have tried a lot of things but before I go to professional help I wanted to ask here.
