I hate that we haven't seen Cable's reaction to his daughter dying for mutant kind

And I know she's going to come back, she's a Summers and a Phoenix, she's practically immortal, but still, when Cable dies or disappears, Hope is torn up about it, searches for him and grieves, she hit Cyclops cause she blamed him for it, but Cable doesn't react to Hope's death at all and it's a missed opportunity, I'd take a "she died like a good soldier" anything, I know Cable is generally cold he barely reacted when Wolverine killed Tyler, but he actually raised Hope, so some emotion from him would be nice
