A big problem the xbox series x dashboard version and stops at version 210608-1700

Hi for two weeks I have bought my xbox x series and have rechecked several problems with audio in the dashboard and in the chat groups. I then decided to do a hard rest to factory settings of my console via pendrive by downloading the latest OSU1 package. I think the problem is related to the dashboard version that I have because my console is no longer updated I am stopped at 1700 while now I know that there is a version 2108.210615-2200 or something newer than my 1700. Together with the xbox technical service at this point I decided to quit the insider program but nothing yet my console does not update anymore. Needless to say, it is not an internet or console connection problem as it still works well. Who can help me? I thought there was a chance to download the most updated package.
