How do you focus on one story?

Pretty much what the title says. I have so many stories, all at different stages of completion, because I can never focus on one long enough to finish it. I don't know why, if it's just a lack of interest, or needing a different vibe from another story I have.

I want to know if you guys do the same thing, or just to know how others focus on just one
