Can I smoke 13 days post op?

Same as title, would this be okay? I’ve seen people say two weeks but would one day before that point be a risk? I wanna visit him in nyc and spark up before summer’s over (weird quarter system school) and thats the day we had to pick because work schedules and general availability. I have blood clots forming over the extraction sites(at least thats what google told me the white stuff is) and I’ve had no pain, only had swelling and numbness the first day. And have been keeping the sites very clean(salt water rinses at least 3 times a day) and have only had liquids since the appointment so far.
