Whoop without sleep data (on purpose)
Hi Everyone - I hope someone could help me as I'm keen to potentially try out the Whoop Band for daily stats (HRV, Activity, Stress, etc) but I'm NOT keen to wear the ring to sleep (I don't like wearing anything to sleep and also I do not like tracking my sleep).
So my question is - is the data 'worth it' and extensive if you omit the Sleep Tracking component here?
I have always used a Garmin or Apple Watch (again not to sleep) for my daily stats and activities and will continue to use my Garmin for workouts, but really want to just wear a normal mechanical watch and the Whoop to ideally get all the same stats without having to use a Smartwatch.
Any thoughts on whether using the Whoop (right up until bed - then putting on when you wake up) and whether that will still be useful to me?
