Sunflower Eyes

Looking for a movie that possibly opens with a man riding a bike up to a cottage on a mountain and when he walks inside he finds an old woman with sunflowers on her eyes, possibly dead. Terrified me as a child in the early oughts and wanted to make sure I didn’t imagine it.
