Which Compact SUV has the most luxury feel for cheap?

I only need to be able to drive this car about 3,000 miles a year. My budget is $25,000 so I’m looking for something used. I’ve been looking at the Volvo XC40. Any other suggestions of something with a lux feeling interior and cool exterior?
