Round 2 - Comfort or Details?

I fell in love with two dresses, forsaking all the others. Dress One (Casablanca Mae) is amazingly comfortable and will be so easy to dance in, it fits like a glove right off the rack, and it's under budget. It's extremely flattering in person. I never wanted to take it off. However I don't know if it has the "wow-factor" I imagined for my wedding dress? The floral lace does sparkle, but this doesn't show up much in photos.

Dress Two (Moonlight H1503) is the sparkly princess dress of my dreams, and it's within budget. I almost cried when I put it on, and all ladies in the boutique were raving about it. However the sample was way too large and maybe got clipped awkwardly, so it felt less supportive than the first dress. It's also a much scratchier/less flowy material. I would have to order it to a local boutique without trying it on in my size, which is scary because I felt like I was kind of falling out of it. I also want to remove the rough crinoline from underneath, maybe line the scratchy bodice, and alter the sleeves somehow to not fall down or cut into my arms and stay level with the off the shoulder tulle. I don't know how difficult or expensive alterations like these would be.

Thanks everyone who weighed in on the last dresses! Your advice was great, and I ended up realizing how partial I am to A-lines and needed to try on a few more.
