Sizing comparison PRIMUS TRAIL III Men’s vs Women‘s

Hello, I am interested in buying the PRIMUS TRAIL III ALL WEATHER FG. Unfortunately size 43 for the men‘s version is unavailable right now but they do have the 43 for the women‘s version and I am wondering if I could just buy the women‘s version or if there‘s a difference between them?
