Seller blocked?

Hi! I bought an item for £70 on vinted, electronic and that was a fair price for the used item. The seller had other things listed on their page but no reviews! I thought maybe they were just new to selling as all of the items on their page were uploaded within the same 2 days, I did the same with my account when I first uploaded, I think that's pretty normal?

Seller said they had sent the item and then sent me a message saying "here's the receipt" The sender was meant to send with royal mail. There was no picture of the receipt and the next day the sellers page came up as "member blocked"

Do I just have to wait the 25 days to get a refund? It's been 5 days so far.
