VFS Delhi Visa Appointment Availability

Hi, I have to book an appointment at VFS Delhi, but my travel dates are very tight. I wanted to know if there is a slot available in the next week before paying the visa fees so that I can skip my trip if the appointment isn't available. However, there doesn't seem like any way to check that before paying the fees.

Can anyone who has booked slots recently / booking slots now, can share a rough estimates of if slots are available in the next week at VFS Delhi? Thank you!
