Pity sex

Has anyone else run into a situation where you only realized after sexual activity that the person only did it with you because they felt they owed you for something, or as a sort of social work because they felt sorry for you, or because they were drunk/high, or because they literally had no other option?*

I've had all of them. If you can relate, I'm curious to know if you count it as a win or if you feel humiliated and wish you hadn't done it all.
