Decided to Uber on Christmas and this is how I'm repaid

I had 5 stars up until Christmas day, I'm so nice to my riders and very helpful to all of their needs. I don't speed, I don't ever get them to work late, I just don't understand. What I do know is it's very crappy of people to give bad reviews if they're just wanting a refund, like why can't you just rate me nicely like I do to you. I've never given any rider under 5 stars. This is discouraging and my only means of work right now. I wish there was a way for Uber to take this bad rating away
