Why would a driver rate a 1.

As far as I know, I am a super conscientious passenger. Always out waiting. Tip well. Am very careful with doors. I have taken closed coffee (and sipped on the way). My user profile is below. My question...do I chalk the 5 1s to grumpy drivers? Perhaps it is just the perfectionist in me who would like to know.
