[TOMT][Song] Grunge song with repetitive lyric

I think it's a grunge song with a similar sound to Foo Fighters and The Dead Love, 'My Hero' being the closest I can remember to the instrumental track, but it could be more of a punk thing like Green Day. From what I remember, the lyrics go something like "Wake up, and start again! Get up, and start again! Lay down, and start again! Give up, then start again!" and then the first verse kicks in. Could be the chorus, but I'm not entirely sure. I'd record a vocal sample, but it's midnight here and people are sleeping. I feel like it's a fairly popular song in the genre, but I've spent two hours trying to figure it out to no avail.
