2degrees service unusable?

Anyone else with 2 degrees? Dont think i have ever seen more than 2 bars of reception ever anyway but in the last few weeks i cant even load a simple web page or use internet banking while out an about.

Already decided to ditch them because they cost to much these days even if their network was functional but wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same?
