How do you not take cases personally?
I know this question may come off silly, immature, or self-absorbed. I can have a hard time when clients ghost, or things don't go as we hoped — they end up wanting to terminate therapy, disengaging, sometimes even getting angry (I work with teens). I feel like I have failed them in some way, and question why I am even doing this. Curious if anyone has ways they reframe those experiences. I would so appreciate it. Many thanks.
