Someone explain please

So I have a endless night run going and have been doing quite well till last night, I got intestinal parasites but I have everything to heal it or so I thought, does the time for the parasites no go off 24 hours and instead go off day and night cycles??? Someone help please I'm sure this is bug and its gonna end me I jus have to know
