Dino Sneezing?

This is an odd one for me. I was playing as a Hypsi in an unofficial. Perfect diet in to 200%. Fully grown. No sickness stat. Then it just sneezed, and again, then it became a sneezing fit. After a little while it stopped. No one on the server knew, not even one of the mods.

Can anyone give me some insight on what went on?
