Help!!

So my ex-friend ordered 4 catfish tickets for my friends and I for their Liverpool show in November. As she's no longer attending with us I'm scared our tickets won't be accepted as it states online that the person whose name is on the tickets has to be present with valid ID. Is there any way around this at all without her attending the concert? Thanks in advance:)
