USB losing power while gaming

This just started happening yesterday.

I rebuilt yesterday for cable management reasons and to also add an additional 8 pin cable for my 2080ti. (Was having issues only using one cable) I also picked up a UPS and plugged everything into that. I got back up and running, all was good. I power on my xbox controller and turn on a game and was playing for about 15-20 mins when all of a sudden, all of my usb devices (Keyboard, mouse, speakers, Xbox Dongle, RGB desk mat) Drop. Everything RGB turns off, speakers power down, controller just flashes. Then, in about 2-3 seconds, everything turns back on. I can only get it to happen under heavy loads, Mostly gaming. After reading online last night and this morning, I went out and bought a powered usb hub that connects into my MOBO usb C. I plug everything back in and fire up another game. Within 10 minutes, it happens again... and like 3 more times after that. What's going on?
