Rubber to Attack by pushing the Ball

Hello everybody! I'm a left-handed and pen player, and I would like some help from you:

I attack by "pushing the ball", as I don't loop or top spin, that is, instead of common forehand shots I finish by pushing the ball down. Therefore, I want to change the rubbers on my racket to one that makes my shots more effective, going out less. In addition to this feature, I need this same rubber to return balls with the lowest bounce possible so that my opponent has difficulty top or loop. Which rubber has these characteristics?
