What is a major pain point you've faced with scaling your startup?

I'm currently working on a project and maybe I'm getting a bit too ahead of myself.. But I was wondering if anybody would be willing to share what were some pain points when scaling their start-up! With so many things to tackle being a founder, I’d love to know what things you guys struggle with the most!
