Might be fired

So we have a he said she said and apparently I’m not liked at the store I work at. I guess I just don’t fit in I don’t know.Even after two weeks of just keeping my head up smiling, making sure I’m as nice as can be that still isn’t good enough. What do you do when you’re in this position? The people who are saying things have had their jobs longer than you have.
