What is your real life example of stealth wealth in SL?

Stealth wealth examples and definitions defer from place to place, so what are your real life examples in SL?

Mine is about a guy who owns a couple of tourist boutique hotels over the country alongside one fuel station, he drives a toyota aqua. Unless you know him, you wouldn't think he's rich.
