Has anyone watched Season 2 with English dub?
I think it's safe to assume that 99% of this sub watched it in the original Korean dub. I did too.
My dad however dislikes reading subtitles and watched S1 in English dub. I rewatched a few S2-Ep.3's scenes as my dad watched it for the first time. I gotta say, the English dubbing has improved. Maybe still not the best, but it's way better than S1's English dub, I would say.
The main cast's voice acting was amazing, especially Gi-Hun. The voice acting of the side characters weren't as good though.
MG Coin guy had a decent VA too, but the VA felt like he wasn't the right cast. I expected MG Coin guy to have a voice that kinda sounds like Logan Paul or Mr. Beast. The English VA's voice sounded too deep for MG Coin guy.
Thanos the Rapper's "Engrish" got replaced with proper English pronunciations so they didn't feel as cool as the Korean dub. Props to Thanos's English VA though, he actually rapped Thanos's pickup lines.
Did anyone else see more English dubbed scenes or full episodes? I haven't seen any other episodes in English dub so I don't know if the others are better or worse. What do y'all think?
