Were there any season 4 episodes that were meant for season 3?

A lot of fans think that certain episodes from season 4 (Krusty Towers, The Lost Mattress ect) were meant to be in season 3 but were pushed to season 4. So earlier today I've decided to rewatch a handful of season 4 episodes to see if they matched season 3's writing. After rewatching them I don't think these episodes feel like season 3 at all. The writing and comedy is very different from previous seasons. This is not me saying I hate the episodes. I adore season 4 and is one of my favorite seasons of the entire show.

One of the reasons why they think certain season 4 episodes are holdovers is because they think the episodes are good. This could be implied to literally any other good episode after the first movie. The Two Faces of Squidward was good yet that episode wasn't meant for pre movie.

Paul Tibbit did confirm on discord that ideas from season 4 were considered for season 3 but nothing was actually finalized and no scripts were written.

The only episode that could've been considered for season 3 is Fear of a Krabby Patty because that episode started production in 2002 and the rest of season 4 started production in 2004.
