Affordable lessons?

Hey all I want to take some more lessons - I’ve taken some group ones at the resorts I go on the east coast. But noticed a significant price difference going West… I’m wondering if there are any other options besides the resort instructors. Is there a way to connect to outside instructors in order to try to get better pricing?
