Armor

Hey guys I’m fairly new to Skyrim and in my first play through I never finished and was quite younger. I had the help of my older brother and had the stalhrim armor right off the bat bc of him, and now with my first official play through by myself I’m wondering what type of armor I should get into? As a female player if that makes any difference
