What happened with dlc on PS3

So I never had any dlc in skate 3 and some days ago I took the pack for sharing photos video ect and after that everything was good, no problem

But today I decided to see what pack I could purchase bc nothing tells me I couldn't And I saw the After Dark DLC free but last time I did go to the DLC list it wasn't free 🤔 So I downloaded it oc 😂

And now when I go to the list it tells me that there's nothing I can buy BUT the free After Dark I downloaded works perfectly like if I bought it normally

So I have 2 questions: - Why the After Dark DLC became free ? -Why can't i see the others DLC Pack after I downloaded the After Dark DLC?

If someone here has answers let me know beacause I'm really wondering what's wrong
