Spam Emails from Fake Gurus

Hey Guys, currently (since aboute 1 week) Im receiving a lot of emails to optimize my store (clothing) from fake gurus. Does this happen also to you? Should I be worried about out that or is this completely normal because they find my store and search for the mail?
