Any books that changed your “mind”?
Hey there, folks! I often ride the mental struggle bus and am wondering if any of you have read any books, fiction or nonfiction, that have expanded your thinking, coping, understanding, mind? I would love ANY recommendations! They can be directly about mental health, scientific in study, completely non-related but struck a chord with you, totally bizarre and just helped describe or reframe something for you… there are no limits for criteria other than what resonates with you. Thank you in advance! (I truly hope everyone’s mental has some ease to it today!)
