Am I crazy or is this really unprofessional?

I found this on indeed and reported it bc if you’re looking for a candidate I feel like “anti wokester “ shouldn’t be on a job description it just feels weird? It’s like the person who posted this was tired of getting candidates who aren’t like them, it feels so unprofessional to me that someone had to add that. Just weed out the people you don’t align with don’t put it on the indeed posting !! It’s embarrassing!
