Has anyone heard of any hospital that which allows its staff to conceal carry?

Given that some hospitals are labeled “gun free” zones, it’s obvious criminals don’t follow the law so that designation just prevents good people from carrying and leaves everyone else defenseless in case SHTF. Also if a hospitals security team is pathetically armed with pepper spray or a baton then it’s kinda worthless if an active shooter presents himself.

Does anyone who works in a hospital within the US know if it’s hospitals allows its staff to conceal carry? Curious to know for the future since carrying in a “gun free” zone that’s on private property isn’t really “illegal” besides trespassing and that’s if the employees find out. But some hospitals are federally funded so could be argued that in that case breaking that hospital policy could be illegal and about every hospital I’ve been to has their little 🚫 over a drawing of a beretta lol.
