How much shadowing is recommended for someone with strong clinical experience?

So I have about 2300 hours as an EMT in a pretty busy system as well as about 600 hours as a PCT( basically a CNA) in the hospital. However I only have about 24 shadowing hours (20 with a hospitalist, 4 with an orthopedic surgeon).

My question is basically will these be viewed negatively that I haven’t done that much shadowing? Or is that less significant since I have a good amount of clinical experience.
