Exercise program - preference for yoga or Pilates
Hi all, today I’m officially 5 weeks pregnant so very early in my journey. I’ve scoured Reddit for recommendations of fitness programs for pregnancy, but most that I’m seeing are more intense than what I’m looking for. I’m not super into HITT or heavy weights. I know myself and recognize those types of workouts discourage me from working out at all. Ideally, it would be a 4-5 days/week program at 20-30 minutes that focuses on exercises to help the body prepare for carrying and delivering a baby (core, back, pelvic floor). I really like following along with videos. I thought the Form prenatal program looked good, but it seems a little too intense. I really like yoga and Pilates so something along those lines would be preferred. Thanks in advance ☺️
