Battle Tree after 50 strikes

Hey guys! My Dragonair just arrived to Alola and I have a question. I already did the Super Battle Tree with my first RM, so I'm currently at the 50 strike already. The next Battle Master appears only at the 100th battle again?! Thanks =)

(I'm kindda disappointed with the fact that we can't transfer Pokémon from virtual console games to Gen 6, but it is what it is.)
