The Secret Room - sounds fake?

Has anyone listened to this podcast? It's supposed to be "about the true stories no one ever tells", but I've listened to a couple eps now and it doesn't sound real to me. People share stories that are supposedly huge secrets, but they give away plenty of details that could identify them. The guests all sounded really similar too - young giggly females with similar pacing and tone. It's bugging me! Let me know if you know more!
