Pentel energel skipping

Hi I’m using black pentel tardio 0,7 with energel 0.7 refill. I enjoy that pen and how is it filling the paper, but half of their refills are skipping. It got on my nerves, what can I do with that problem and any other recomendable pens that have a feel like mine?
