my cpu might be dead. please help

I was changing thermal paste on my ryzen 7 5700x that i was using for a week, after booting him up i was going to stress-test him. But i accidentally overclocked it in ryzen master. i click apply & test and clicked ok not reading it. before he was overclocked to 4.1ghz . Now when i’m trying to but my pc it doesn’t start, i have red led cpu, fans on gpu does not start, but cpu heats. after changing cpu to ryzen 5 1600 pc boots up. but after changing again to 5700x the same thing happens.
