GPU "lost" with Amazon

So like the title says my wife & ordered a new GPU (RTX 4070 Super) on her Amazon account last week. It had one day shipping so it was set to get here on Thursday the next day. It never arrived so waited until Friday and called support. The rep told me they "lost" the package and that they'd send it back to the manufacturer (which makes zero sense.. how do you return it if it's lost?). So she set me up with a new Sunday delivery. no package today either. So we called earlier and the new rep told us they couldn't even entertain a refund or new shipment request until Tuesday. I waited a few hours and decided to call again. This rep told me that instead ofa refund could get a reschedule and actually receive the package Tuesday. Which makes no sense again cause the second rep told me they couldn't even send it out till Tuesday. I'm just really confused and now I'm wondering if l'm actually going to get my GPU Tuesday considering the tracking is the same as the "lost" package. The pic attached is the new updated tracking. Any advice or help is appreciated!!
